 No Sharing of Mobile Data: We never sell, rent, share, or lease your mobile phone number or personal information to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

 Opt-Out: You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by simply replying "STOP" to any text message you receive.

Right to Refuse Service

The safety and well-being of our guests and staff are our highest priority. Maa-li Thai Massage & Bodywork reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service immediately if a guest displays inappropriate, disrespectful, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour, or engages in any conduct that compromises the comfort or safety of others.
 

Children & Minor Policy

Children: To preserve the tranquil atmosphere of our studio, we kindly ask that children who are not receiving services not accompany guests to appointments.
 

Minors: Guests must be at least 14 years old to receive massage services. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout their visit.
 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for purchase and make a thoughtful gift for any occasion.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Gift certificates cannot be used toward gratuities.

• Any remaining balance may be applied to future services but not to tips.

• Please present your gift certificate at the time of your appointment.

Health & Wellness

Your health and safety are important to us. Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or recent surgeries when booking your appointment and before your session begins.

Depending on your health condition, we may request written approval from your physician before providing massage services.

 

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

• Cancellations or rescheduled appointments made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

• Guests who do not arrive for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• Appointments more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be considered a no-show and may be cancelled to accommodate other scheduled guests.

These policies allow us to respect our therapists' time while making appointments available to other clients.

 

Your Comfort Matters

Your satisfaction is our priority. We encourage you to communicate openly with your massage therapist throughout your session. Whether you would like more or less pressure, additional attention to specific areas, or adjustments to room temperature or positioning, we're happy to accommodate your preferences whenever possible.
